means: You can give here an announcement that your server will come online soon, but don't ask for people register b4 we don't know 100% the server really exist.
- don't open topic about any pervert Stuff 18+, don't open topics about any illegal cracked software/programs/tools
(that is against the terms of use - could cause the closing of the forum)
- if you have any problems, open a Thread in the "Suggestion" section, and say what's your problem, but use friendly and non-aggressive words
